Introduction
Ace365 provides online gambling services and related software (the Services). By creating an Ace365 Account you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions (the Terms). If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Services.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date. Ace365 reserves the right to verify identity and age. You may have only one active Ace365 Account. The Company may suspend, restrict or terminate an Account for security concerns, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms, with any remaining balance returned under the applicable payment method.
Identity Verification and Anti‑Money Laundering
Ace365 may require documents to verify identity, address and ownership of payment methods. Acceptable documents include government‑issued IDs, proof of address and additional information as requested. Documents must be clear, unaltered and current. Verification may be required before enabling deposits, withdrawals or game play. Ace365 may suspend activity or withhold funds pending verification or in response to regulatory requirements.
Use of the Services and Game Modes
Ace365 offers Real Money mode and Practice mode. In Real Money mode, funds are wagered and winnings are real. Practice mode uses non‑currency play and is not transferable to Real Money. All funds must be deposited to participate in Real Money play and are held in currencies supported by Ace365. Funds are not insured by any government scheme. All transactions are subject to the payment processor rules and applicable law.
Wagering, Bets and Settlements
Wagers must be placed from funds in the Player Account. Bets are deemed confirmed when placed and cannot be cancelled, except as otherwise provided for void or disputed results. Wagering records are maintained by Ace365 and are final unless proven to be erroneous. Some games may have turnover, stake, or payout rules that affect eligibility for withdrawals or promotions.
Winnings, Withdrawals and Refunds
Ace365 may require information or documents before processing withdrawals. Winnings may be voided if verification fails or if there is a breach of these Terms. Withdrawals are paid to the original payment method or another method designated by Ace365, subject to anti‑money‑laundering checks and payment processor requirements. Ace365 reserves the right to deduct taxes or fees as required by applicable law and to report winnings to regulatory authorities where compelled by law.
Bonuses and Promotions
Promotional funds (bonuses) are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable conditions are met. The default turnover requirement for promotions is defined in the promotional terms accompanying each offer. Ace365 may modify bonus terms at its sole discretion and will provide notice where practicable.
Responsible Gambling and Self‑Exclusion
Ace365 encourages responsible gambling. Players may set limits on deposits, losses, or time spent in the Services and may request self‑exclusion or account closure in accordance with the available options. Where there are concerns about a player’s wellbeing or potential gambling impairment, Ace365 may take protective actions, including temporary restrictions or account suspension.
Security, Privacy and Data Protection
Ace365 maintains technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data and gaming information. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains data collection, use and sharing. We may share information with regulators, enforcement bodies and other competent authorities as required by applicable law or to protect the integrity of the Services. By using the Services you consent to such data processing where permitted by law.
Intellectual Property and Software License
Ace365 grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Software solely to access the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Software. The Software is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, except as required by law.
Prohibited Conduct; Investigations and Termination
You must not engage in cheating, manipulation, the use of third‑party software to automate play, account sharing, or any activity that breaches applicable law or these Terms. Ace365 may suspend, restrict or terminate your Account and forfeit balances or winnings for violations, at its sole discretion, and may report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Liability
Ace365 will investigate disputes reported in writing. The Company’s remedies are as set out in these Terms and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Ace365 excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses, and liability is limited to the amount of funds in your Ace365 Account or the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to the Terms
Ace365 may modify the Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is unacceptable, you may terminate your Account in accordance with these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ace365 operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
