  • Time-Out: configurable for 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or 15 days. During Time-Out you cannot deposit or place bets; existing open bets are resolved in the ordinary course. Time-Outs are effective immediately and can be revoked after 24 hours from submission.
  • Self-Exclusion: available for fixed periods up to 12 months. For longer or indefinite exclusion, contact Customer Support; self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period. Reinstatement after expiry or continuation requires explicit reactivation.

During any exclusion, deposits and bets are blocked and guidance to appropriate support services is provided.

Problematic gambling behavior can manifest as multiple indicators over time. If two or more of the following signs are present, consider seeking help or using self-imposed controls:
