Scope and Definitions
Ace365 betting rules govern all wagers placed through Ace365 Sportsbook and in-play betting platforms. These Rules apply to pre-match and live markets, including outright bets and in-play propositions. Key terms: “Market” means a defined betting option offered on an event; “Outcome” means the final result used to determine settlement; “Official Source” means the governing body, organizer, or their designated data provider; “Void” means a bet is invalid and the stake is refunded; “Undecided” denotes a market that has not yet reached a definitive result; “Palpable Error” denotes a clear mispricing or incorrect event data. Ace365 reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms in a consistent, lawful manner.
Market Settlement Fundamentals
Markets are settled when the outcome is determined by an Official Source. If an official outcome is published after bets have been accepted, Ace365 may void bets placed after the publication. If a market is not determined within the normal duration, settlement follows the official result at the conclusion of normal time unless the market description states otherwise. Markets including overtime are settled after overtime completion if the market expressly includes overtime; penalties or deciders not included in the market are not considered unless stated. If a match is not completed or is abandoned and the official source provides a result, settlement proceeds accordingly where possible; otherwise, undecided markets may be void and stakes refunded as appropriate. Special markets such as player specials may be excluded from these general settlement rules where indicated in the market description.
Event Status: Postponement, Abandonment, and Interruption
- Postponed events resumed within 48 hours: bets remain valid and are settled on the resumed result.
- Abandoned events resumed within 48 hours: bets remain valid and are settled on the resumed result.
- Abandoned events not resumed within 48 hours: bets on markets determined by on-pitch events are settled; unsettled markets are void with stakes refunded, except where the organizer provides a definitive resumed result within the window.
- In multi-leg formats, only markets within the postponed or abandoned leg are affected; other legs settle or void according to their own outcomes and timing.
- Markets tied to event qualification or progression will be void if the match is postponed or abandoned and not rescheduled within 48 hours.
Football (Soccer) Settlement Rules
For Football 1X2 and related markets, settlement follows the official result after normal duration, including any extra time counted as part of the normal duration where the market description specifies. If an event proceeds to overtime and markets are described as including overtime, settlement occurs after overtime. Penalty shootouts are not considered unless the market explicitly includes them. If a match starts late or is delayed and kickoff occurs within 48 hours of the original start, bets remain valid; otherwise, unsettled bets may be void. If a match is abandoned and not resumed within the specified window, bets are settled on the match result up to abandonment, and non-determined markets are void. Markets relating to team qualification or progression in a tournament are void if the match is postponed or abandoned and not rescheduled in time; where two legs exist, only markets within the postponed leg are affected.
Other Sports and Market Principles
Settlement principles applied to Football extend, where applicable, to other sports. The official result of the event governs settlement. If the event is not started or is interrupted and not resumed within the applicable window, unsettled markets may be voided and stakes refunded. In cases where sport-specific rules rely on a governing body’s decision (for example, innings completed in baseball, or periods completed in basketball), Ace365 will settle according to the official status as soon as it is determinable, subject to the market’s description.
Outrights and Play-or-Pay
Outright markets (short-term and long-term) are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants in an Outright market stand normally even if a listed participant is unable to take part, and such markets are settled as losses if the participant is unable to compete and no replacement preserves the market outcome. Head-to-head (H2H) markets are excluded from Play-or-Pay; if any listed participant does not participate, H2H markets are void. If a listed participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets (e.g., H2H or team classification) stand, while individual performance markets involving the original participant are void.
Special Betting Types: Scorers and Related Bets
Scorers – First, Last, and Anytime goalscorer bets apply to regular time unless the market explicitly includes extra time. Own goals are counted only as official goals; if the game has only own goals, some scorer markets may be treated as void or as no-scorer depending on the market description. First Goalscorer is void if a listed player never participates or enters the match after the goal has been scored, except in cases of own goals where the market logic provides an exception. Anytime Goalscorer applies to any player who participates in the game; if a player never plays, the market is void. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has occurred, first scorer bets may stand while last scorer bets may be void. The Anytime Goalscorer market for the scorer in question remains valid if the player participates, with other players settled as void where applicable.
Odds Display, Calculations, and Settlements
Ace365 displays odds with two decimal places for user interface readability. Total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal digit, while the total winning amount is truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy observed between displayed odds and settled results arises from these rounding conventions and is not indicative of a settlement error. All settlements adhere to the market rules described herein.
Live Bets, Delays, and VAR Interventions
For live betting, the time of incident and subsequent official decisions govern settlement. If a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decision contradicts the on-pitch decision affecting the state of play at bet placement, bets placed between the original incident and the final VAR decision may be voided unless the specific bet offer’s odds were unaffected by the VAR outcome. Unrelated bets resolved prior to or after the VAR decision remain valid as determined by the on-pitch outcome. Ace365 reserves the right to adjust settlements if an authoritative body issues a ruling that changes the official result prior to the conclusion of the event.
Settlement Timelines and Re-settlement
The maximum period between the initial settlement of a betslip and any subsequent re-settlement is 30 days. If a re-settlement occurs, it will be executed within this interval, subject to the availability of official results and market descriptions.
Palpable Error, Technical Interruptions, and Bet Resolutions
Ace365 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the event of a palpable error in event details or odds, a technical error affecting odds or events, or if a customer engages in prohibited behavior (e.g., attempting to bypass limits or exploiting public announcements). Where a loss results from a factual error, Ace365 may correct or void the affected bets and notify the customer accordingly.
Formats, Valid Bets, and Exclusions
Supported match formats for pre-match and live betting include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, and 3x30. If the match duration falls outside the 50–90 minute window, all markets on that event are void. For 3x30 formats, halftime duration is calculated as Total match duration divided by two. Ace365 disclaims responsibility for any unforeseen changes to formats that affect settlement; such risk is borne by the customer upon registration.
Palpable Error, Bypass Prevention, and Customer Protections
Ace365 may void or cancel bets at any time before the event starts or after acceptance if there is a palpable error, suspected fraud, or other risk factors. Customers may inquire about voiding decisions, and Ace365 will provide a written explanation upon request. Ace365 also reserves the right to suspend or void bets to protect the integrity of betting markets and comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Governing Principles and Compliance
All betting activity is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and licensing requirements. Ace365 maintains procedures to ensure fair play, anti-fraud controls, and customer data protection. These rules supplement, and do not replace, any mandatory disclosures required by regulators; where conflicts arise, regulatory obligations prevail.
